Nikolai Bode – Associate Professor, School of Engineering Mathematics and Technology

I learned through him that how I do things can sometimes be more important than how hard I work, and he has helped me reach peak efficiency when it comes to academic skills.

Thanks to him, I was able to build rock-hard academic skills, and that experience allowed me to reflect further into performing under pressure, tiredness, stress, and still execute no matter how difficult tasks may be. This has done wonders for my confidence.

Regular meetings with Nikolai were a major cornerstone of my University experience. A lot of things changed since I first got here, but his support never wavered, it only grew and supported my own growth more and more throughout the years.
