Graduate Teacher Level 2, University of Bristol Law School

Every time I’m in a medical law seminar, we always have some sort of really engaging debate. Whether it’s about an article we’ve read or just debating the ethics of the current topic, Melanie is constantly and effortlessly helping us think outside the box. We’re all bouncing ideas off each other and she’s always the one who gets the ball rolling.

She’s genuinely interested and responsive to what everyone has to say. It’s such an easy going environment that it feels like a space to enjoy learning rather than just to learn.

She always seems to know what she’s talking about when examining these societal challenges in regards to medical law and even if she’s unsure, she wants to go away and learn it so we can too.
