Our blog only exists because of the brilliant contributions made from colleagues and students across the university. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive organisation and welcome articles from anyone in our community – you don’t have to have a PhD or use lots of academic jargon – in fact, we discourage that! Our site receives around 3,000 visitors a month so it is a great way to get your work out to readers and share your ideas.

If you’re interested in writing a blog for our site, please follow our writing guidelines. Your blog must be about teaching and learning with content being applicable to a wide range of audiences – nothing too discipline specific!

Once your blog is complete, please email it to bilt-info@bristol.ac.uk and usually we send back a comment or two, and then we upload it here!

Download the full guidance document here.

Not sure whether your idea suits our blog? Get in touch with amy.palmer@bristol.ac.uk for a short, informal discussion.
