No devices are allowed out, not even to take notes, which gives us the best opportunity to really engage and connect with the information shared which is a different style to the faster-pace, note-taking focused lecture style I’ve experienced. I look forward to coming and I love hearing about the different ideas to what makes a person happy in the long run and the scientifically proven things to avoid. It is useful because it is transferable to each and everyone in the lecture’s own life.

We have weekly assignments of reading an article and reflecting on how it could impact your own life and also a reflective journal, meaning we still hand in coursework but is more relevant to well-being and I not only look forward to trying it but also feel better for doing it

Covers real life problems in mental health and makes you realise how it affects your own life and routine on things like social media and the subconscious comparisons you make.
