Nina is so supportive and kind. There have been times where I have missed something easy/made a silly mistake and she guides me through it with gentleness but also humour. She knows pretty much everything and I consider her beyond a subject expert.
She has the best “can do” attitude I have ever seen. Her work is always of the highest standard in terms of quality and quantity. If she has a new task she is less sure of, she will always attempt to find the answers herself and try things out herself before seeking further help where needed.
Nina’s support at the Dental School has been vital and has ensured that the delivery of teaching and assessments has occurred as smoothly and effectively as possible. I think most of all her input around assessments such as the OSCEs is key – she does so much to set up the technological side of the assessments, and is on-hand during the day to ensure academic staff understand what they are using and to respond to any issues that occur while the OSCE takes place. This is only what I see – I am sure there are many more hours of work and help behind the scenes from Nina to get us to the assessment date too!
