Mark Neild

From the very first meeting Mark demonstrated an unwavering commitment to nurturing my academic and research journey. His support has been instrumental in helping me grow not just as a researcher but as an individual who thinks critically and deeply about the world around me. 

Mark continuously encourages me to explore ideas that challenge conventional thinking and to persist through the difficulties of my research. He has created an environment where I feel comfortable expressing my thoughts and importantly questioning my own assumptions. His approach has instilled in me a love for learning and has guided me in developing critical thinking skills that I apply both in my research and beyond. 

Mark also fosters connections beyond academia. As a practitioner in the field of social innovation he introduced me to a wider community of social entrepreneurs. Through these interactions I was able to deepen my understanding of how social innovation operates in different cultural and economic contexts particularly the differences
