Lecturer, School of Physiology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience

It takes only a few minutes with Lukasz to realise he is deeply passionate about his research. This passion and energy is infectious. His excitement and energy are not limited to the successes of a project but are shared with the hurdles.

Lukasz has been a key mentor in my career, from providing technical advice to being my biggest cheerleader.

Lukasz is an active member of the scholarly community and encourages students to get engaged. For example, he prompted me to apply to give a talk at circadian conference – encouraging me to share my research with the wider academic community and push me to develop those scientific communication skills.
