Grace’s lectures bring to life geriatric medicine, with real-world examples, interactive sessions, and profiling Bristol based research. Grace has spearheaded the creation and successful implementation of curriculum in the undergraduate medicine program, developing resources and providing training for colleagues to ensure effective teaching. In addition to leading a team, she played a leading role as the primary author in developing the new national geriatrics curriculum, which was published in Age and Ageing and is recognised as a leader in medical education, particularly in the field of geriatrics. Her lectures use iterative feedback to continuously improve course content. She has an inclusive approach, supporting students from minority groups to ensure fairer access to opportunities.
