Chris is kind, hard-working and honest, putting your concerns and needs into perspective when you feel you are losing control of your work and life.
Our meaningful discussions, and his targeted questions each time, made me realise what I needed. Every time after our meetings I felt motivation and inspiration for my studies.
I deeply appreciate his support and I recognise that his guidance had contributed to my bachelor’s experience being so great and fulfilling. It is very important to feel supported and included in a university environment and Dr Russell was the person in the department that made me feel that! I would like to publicly express my gratitude to Dr Russell for his consideration, support, and guidance.
