Carolina makes research exciting and stimulates collaborations. Thanks to her, I’ve met many wonderful people in my research field.
With her support, I feel I can aim high and not be disappointed. If things don’t work as I would like, Carolina is there to cheer me up and to teach me perseverance and determination.
As a successful early-career researcher, she sets herself as an example to me of how to be a good researcher – rigorous, detail-focused, insightful, organised, and, most importantly, always eager to learn and explore. She is my role model and will continue to inspire me in my future research career.
Carolina is always the hardest working and kindest person in a room, her work ethic is a constant inspiration and as an early researcher it inspired me to work harder.
