The team manage to deliver engaging, intellectually rigorous, and somehow fun teaching [to students with varied background statistical knowledge], constantly providing encouragement, affirmation, and help (they are all hugely patient). They have turned me from someone lacking in confidence with statistics to someone who actively enjoys them.
A massive amount of thought has clearly gone in to the two courses fitting together…the online material is incredibly well put-together – excellent, engaging lectures, rigorous worksheets in using SPSS, copious reading lists and even click-through video guides (these are beyond the call of duty – massively time-consuming for the teaching team – but very helpful).
