Getting Started in AI, a free training course aimed at undergraduate students is now available across the University. The training is provided by the JGI at the University of Bristol and forms part of a research project exploring barriers to AI studies in higher education.
Importantly, participation in the training does not imply participation in the research. Students who sign up may opt in or out of the research component without any impact on their access to or participation in the training.
This training is formed of two sessions, which will run on multiple dates in March. Each session also includes lunch. There are two cohorts available:
Cohort 1: Session 1 on Thursday 5th March, 11 am to 2 pm and Session 2 on Monday 9th March, 1 pm to 4 pm
Cohort 2: Session 1 on Friday 6th March, 10 am to 1 pm and Session 2 Tuesday 10th March, 1 pm to 4 pm
