[Ethan] helped me a lot in Imperative and Functional Programming unit, more specifically in the functional part. As a student who knew nothing about functional or declarative language, he was very patient with me and devoted a lot of time to explaining the concepts and terms in Haskell.

[Ethan] would first sit down and talks me through some knowledge that sometimes is not covered in the lectures and types some notes or draw a mind map to make sure I understand. This really opens the door of a new world for me, innovating my interest in Haskell.
