Science of Happiness course - sign up now! The Un Science of Happiness course - sign up now!

The University is delighted to offer an online Science of Happiness course starting on Wednesday 13th May, 11am.

This 4-week course comprises of weekly, hour long live-streamed lectures, remote group coaching via the Science of Happiness app and periodic happiness surveys. The course explores themes such as dealing with adversity, meditation, sleep and achieving your goals.
