SUMMARY:BILT's AI Playground #2
DESCRIPTION:Following our first successful event earlier this year\, we’re back with another chance to enter the BILT AI Playground. \nJoin this 3 hour interactive workshop to find out what Bristol is doing in response to AI and then explore various AI tools with our experts. \nPart 1 of the event presents the latest results of a flurry of activities in response to AI in education. This includes new centralised training for students on the use of AI\, research on student perceptions of AI in their learning\, and considerations for assessment. Tim Worth and Steve Cole will present a new upcoming online resource from the Study Skills team entitled Using AI at University. The guide helps students to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI tools\, and provides guidance on how to use these tools in line with university rules and regulations. It also contains practical tips on how to use AI tools\, such as writing effective prompts and using AI as a tutor. (1 hour). \nPart 2 allows attendees to work in small groups with AI experts to play with AI technologies and explore freely. This time is great for in-depth discussions and deep-dives into tricky AI problems. (2 hours). \nRegister on Develop \nShare this:\n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading...
